How do I place an order online?
You would find it hard to order the items you have specially selected. It only takes simple steps:
1.Select the item/s you like most
2.Add to your shopping cart
3. Click  "Check Out"
4 Enter where the wedding favours would be delivered (shipping address)
Note : You will find the shipping total at the right hand corner of the " Payment Options" screen

Can I place orders by phone?
If you prefer phone orders, you can call 085 208 9994 For customer -related concerns our line would be open from Mondays through Fridays from 9AM - 8PM. We have friendly customer service representatives ready to help you with your concerns.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
The minimum order requirement for all Unique Wedding Favours item is set at 25 pieces for wedding favours.

Do you offer samples?
The products of Unique Wedding Favours.ie are all captured in clear photos while there are several products provided in streaming video providing you the chance to see our product items in a much clearer view. We usually require out clients for a minimum of 25 items; however, you may also decide to order individual items not including the ones that are presented as a set.

How do I check the status of my order?
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
After the order has been placed, Unique Wedding Favours.ie will immediately send you a confirmation email in relation to your order.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?
Kindly go over the confirmation email regarding your order as soon as you receve it. Make sure that all details are correct.Pertinent modifications as well as cancellation of  orders is only possible if the order is not yet being personalized and in some cases not yet in process. What if my order is undeliverable?
In case the shipping company failed to deliver your order because of  wrong address, the items would not be lost and these things will be delivered back to use; however in cases like, you as the sender will be accountable to pay for the resending charges as set by the carrier so as to deliver the item again to you.

Return Guarantee and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Unique Wedding Favours.ie is committed to providing our clients with the best items. We value the trust of our clients and this is why we make it a point to deliver products that are completely in the best condition. We sincerely request you to examine the products as soon as you got hold of them. In case you have some concerns, feel free to contact us at 085 208 9994 . We wish to inform you that returns are only possible within 30 days after receiving the items.

How long before I receive my refund?
Once the package reached us, considerable inspection would be carried out. We will send you an email confirming the total amount of money that would be sent back to you. It would take 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after which it will be sent to your bank for the credit processing.

Can I return personalized items?
As much as we would want to, personalized items are not entitled for return and exchange and therefore non-refundable.

Can I return edible items?
We are very sorry but since edible items cannot be offered for sale again, these items are non-refundable.

What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Unique Wedding Favours.ie is committed to providing our clients with the best items. We value the trust of our clients and this is why we make it a point to deliver products that are completely in the best condition. We sincerely request you to examine the products as soon as you got hold of them. In case you found damaged items, pease call  immediately call Mon-Fri 9AM - 8PM  at 085 208 9994 ; our friendy customer service representative would be happy to assist you. Report of damage should be done within seven days after the delivery of the items.
It is strongly advised that you keep the original delivery box, reciept and all pertinent shipping documents. It would also be helpful if you can send us an email with an attached photograph of the damaged product.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Unique Wedding Favours.ie is committed to provide clients with a wide variety of choices and with this we make use of supplementary vendors for several items you can see in our site.
It only take five business days for us to process your orders; however it is greatly advised that you give more allowance of time for items that needs personalization. You can check the item details because there is always a clear description on all products along with details regarding lead time and processing.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
It is with deep regret that we cannot deliver items to clients with PO Box as address. It is the requirement of our courier to deliver only to those with physical addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
As of the moment, Unique Weding Favours.ie caters only to clients within Ireland.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated basically depending on the weight of the items and the place where the item would be shipped. This is determined only during checkout.

What are your shipping options?
UPS is the one responsible for delivering our packages offering choices as 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery. Other shipping alternatives apart from the regular ground shipping would mean additional cost. It would be ideal to go over the individual pages for our products so this matter would be clearly understood before ordering.
For lighter packages, wew usually make use of UPS Mail Innovations for a more affordable shipping rates although this would take longer usually four to seven business days.

·  Will the items on my order ship together or separately?
